“双碳”战略下绿色心理氛围对员工亲环境行为的影响研究——心理授权与绿色组织认同的链式中介作用The Influence of Green Psychological Atmosphere on Employees' Pro-Environmental Behaviors Under "Double Carbon" Strategy:Based on the Chain Mediating Effect of Psychological Empowerment and Green Organizational Identification

摘要(Abstract):
员工的亲环境行为是推动企业实现“双碳”目标,进行可持续发展的重要力量。个体心理因素对员工亲环境行为具有重要影响,其中绿色心理氛围有其独特的优势。从员工的绿色心理氛围出发,依据自我决定理论和社会认同理论,以社会信息处理理论作为影响路径的逻辑脉络,构建绿色心理氛围通过心理授权与绿色组织认同进而影响员工亲环境行为的链式中介模型,探讨绿色价值观的边界作用。通过对制造业企业的277份员工调研问卷进行分析,研究结果表明:绿色心理氛围正向影响员工亲环境行为;心理授权和绿色组织认同不仅分别在绿色心理氛围与员工亲环境行为之间发挥部分中介作用,而且共同发挥链式中介作用;绿色价值观通过增强绿色心理氛围对员工心理授权的正向影响,进而对链式中介关系起到调节作用。绿色心理氛围、心理授权、绿色组织认同和绿色价值观有利于塑造和激发员工亲环境行为,因此,应重视员工工作场所绿色心理氛围,重视员工心理授权提升,提高员工绿色组织认同,关注员工个人绿色价值观的培养,为员工亲环境行为的激发和提升创造有利条件,促进企业的绿色发展。
